Who controls your enquiry data
Terrassiehitus Tallinn (Peetri, Rae Parish) is the data controller for all personal data that reach us via the terrassiehitustallinn.ee enquiry form and email. For data protection questions, email info@terrassiehitustallinn.ee.
What the enquiry form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, a phone number for arranging a site survey, and a description of the work and site location. Your enquiry also includes the service you selected, such as timber terrace construction or oiling, and the page address from which you sent it.
Your IP address accompanies the form submission. The form service uses it to limit how many terrace enquiries can be sent from one address.
What the data is used for
We use your enquiry to reply, arrange a site survey and prepare a quote that lists the foundation, frame, decking, railings and stairs separately. We pass the enquiry to the tradesperson who will build, oil or repair your terrace.
Legal Basis
We process terrace enquiries under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A site survey and quote are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who sees your enquiry
The tradesperson responsible for your job receives the enquiry. Our form provider, email delivery provider and web host process data on our behalf, each only for its assigned task. We do not sell terrace enquiry data or share it for advertising.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for bots before they reach our Peetri office. The check takes place in the browser and does not ask for name or contact details.
Retention period: 18 months
We keep enquiry data for 18 months from submission and then delete it.
Your rights over your enquiry data
- Access and correction. You can ask what enquiry data we hold about you and have an incorrect name, phone number or site location corrected.
- Deletion and objection. You can ask us to delete your terrace enquiry before the 18-month period ends and object to its processing.
- Transfer of data. You can ask us to provide the data you entered in the form as a machine-readable file to you or another company.
Email your request to info@terrassiehitustallinn.ee. We will reply within one month. You may complain about data processing to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at www.aki.ee.
Cookies and trackers
Our price, service and enquiry-form pages do not set advertising cookies or load advertising trackers.
Emails sent to our domain
The same recipients, retention period and rights apply to emails sent to any address at terrassiehitustallinn.ee.
This privacy policy has applied since 17 October 2026. Our Peetri office phone line is for site surveys and construction enquiries; please send personal data questions by email.
